Access to resources such as eBooks, databases etc. as reported in this post has now been restored but we are still experiencing issues with the library catalogue not loading information fully.
Again apologies for the problems this is causing and we will update as we know more.
We are currently experiencing problems with the library catalogue not loading information fully and with the log in system for access to resources such as eBooks, journals and databases. These are being investigated with all parties involved.

An upgrade is taking place on the library catalogue today. As a result of this, there will be limited functionality between 15:00 – 16:00 BST. The following features will be unavailable during this time: My Account, My Lists, placing holds and checking availability of books.
The BookMyne mobile app will also be unavailable during this time.

At the end of January the library launched its new library catalogue.
This new search engine lets you search our collection of books and eBooks and many of our electronic journals simultaneously – giving you all the results in the same place.
