Library Drop-in at Gray’s!

Good news for Gray’s students – starting this week, library staff will be on site at Gray’s School of Art to help you find information for your assignments and dissertations, provide assistance with referencing and answer any other library related questions.

You will find us in room GA30 tomorrow (Thursday 3rd October) from 2pm to 5pm.

Check the Library KnowHOW Workshops & Drop-ins Timetable for more dates!

This is a drop-in service so no need to book in advance – just turn up with your questions and someone from the library will be there to assist. We look forward to seeing you there!

Library Workshops and Drop-ins

The library’s programme of workshops and drop-in sessions are now back for the start of the academic year!

If you need some help with literature searching, Harvard referencing or using RefWorks you can sign up to one of our classes led by the library’s Academic Support team.

If you can’t make it to any of the classes, you can come along to one of the available drop-in sessions – no need for an appointment, just pop in!

All workshops and drop-ins are held in IT lab 321 in the GSS Learning Centre. You can check the timetable and sign up for classes here: https://library.rgu.ac.uk/classes

We hope to see you soon!

“Seriously useful”

… just one of the comments from students who attended one of our classes on search skills, Harvard referencing or RefWorks or a drop in session this semester.

Our classes finish tomorrow, but we will still be offering drop in sessions in the coming months.

So if you are on campus, need help with referencing, can’t find journal articles on a topic or just want to know more about searching any of our databases, please come along to a drop in session … we hope you will also find it “seriously useful”.

Not on campus?  Our guides may help you get started but please feel free to email or telephone us with any questions.

We look forward to helping you.
