Earlier today we reported access problems to the journals on the Emerald platform (see original post here). We have now heard back from the company and they have given us a solution for the problem.
If you try and access an article or a journal on Emerald that is included within our subscription and you get this error message:
Please go to the top right of the screen and click the button that says “reset authentication”:
The company also recommend clearing the cookies and cache in the browser and starting a fresh session.
